Cider, mead and herbal wine are perfect for those who find beer and wine daunting. In addition to instructions on how to brew and lots of delicious recipes that include pairing notes, the book contains sections on the history of each drink. Come to an Event!
There are several events scheduled and in the works—I’d love to see you at one!
First, on October 2nd at 7 pm, the Bennington Wine Tasting Meetup is hosting a port & chocolate tasting in celebration of my book. This is a private event. Message me for details if you are local.
Then, from October 3-7, I’ll be at the Wine Bloggers Conference in Walla Walla, WA. I’m presenting about Google and readability for wine bloggers but I’ll have copies in tow! My session is on the 6th.
On October 27th at 2 pm I’m speaking and answering questions at an event at Northshire Bookstore in Manchester, VT.
Stay tuned for the NYC leg of events! Currently I’m booking events on Long Island and in the city so if you’re from my former stomping grounds you may wish to join me there.
Order During the Presale and Start Brewing Mead Soon!
Got a homebrewer in your life? Know someone who wants to start brewing mead, cider or herbal wine but is overwhelmed by the cost and process of brewing beer or making wine? My book is perfect for the new brewer, the thinking about being a brewer, or the beer brewer who wants to make something a little easier. And because you can get it on Kindle it’s an eco-friendly option you can take with you wherever you brew. You can also purchase the hardcover version.
Is Amazon Ethical, Ms. Oethical Oenologist?
No. And believe me, I have a lot of issues with the fact that I am whoring myself and my book on Amazon. But, at the end of the day, it is the most important platform for new authors and niche nonfiction authors. And I am both of those. Luckily, you can get copies of my book without dealing with Amazon. But, honestly, pre-sales on Amazon help me get my book exposed through Amazon’s platform (I’m the #1 new release in beer!) and help me get on those elusive “best-seller” lists. It also helps me get a second deal with my publisher by proving my worth.
